When it comes to brand recognition many know the camera and photo brand Polaroid, some people do not even know the brand went bust a while ago so this even more shows what this brand still can do and that it still has an element of trust built into it.
So now there is a portable media player using the Polaroid brand name, yes a very different product but do not be surprised if this portable media player does not out sell many other brands…Why?
Well look at the iPod it is the fashion must have mp3 player but it also does not have better features than many rivals, its not the product its more the marketing and brand recognition.
