We have heard a lot in the news over the last year about the health benefits of the drug marijuana and this is another such story about how laws come before saving lives.

A woman has been told by US Appeals that she is not allowed marijuana (which doctors told her will save her life), so it looks like this lady will die because she is not allowed the one thing that can save her life.

We do understand why they would say such a thing but sometimes we feel exception should be made on a case by case basis.

I guess it comes down to just one question and that is:
Should the use of marijuana be allowed for medical purposes?
